The Samsung Solve for Tomorrow 2025 Final Round took place with the competition of 16 best teams from many provinces and cities across the country, including 8 teams from Group A (middle school) and 8 teams from Group B (high school) with projects in many different fields from environment, education , to health, combining sports and technology.
In the Final Round, the teams directly presented their projects, operated product models and answered questions from the judges. The final results were evaluated by the judges not only based on product and project implementation factors, but also on soft skills such as presentation skills, critical thinking skills, teamwork skills and time management skills.
After a period of exciting competition, with outstanding ideas, highly applicable product models and convincing presentations, 2 First prizes (each prize is a STEM LAB functional classroom worth 60,000 USD for the school with the winning team, 30 million VND in cash for the team and 1 Samsung product worth 30 million VND for team members including contestants and instructors) went to the STE - Sport Tech Evoring team, Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary and High School - Hanoi with the project "Personal sports training support system" (Table A) and the Menson team, Quang Trung High School for the Gifted - Dong Nai province with the project "MSVitaSync - Handheld health measurement and assessment device applying AI and IOT, towards a comprehensive health care solution at home" (Table B).
In addition, the organizing committee also awarded 2 Second prizes, 4 Third prizes, 8 Promising prizes. The total prize value is up to 5.3 billion VND.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Vu Quoc Huy, Director of the National Innovation Center (NIC) affirmed: “As an agency assigned by the Government to promote the national innovation ecosystem, NIC always considers STEM education and youth human resource development as one of the key tasks. NIC is committed to accompanying educational institutions, international organizations and domestic and foreign enterprises, including Samsung Vietnam, to not only expand the scale but also improve the quality of training, innovation and entrepreneurship activities among young people.”
According to Mr. Na Ki Hong, General Director of Samsung Vietnam, recently, the importance of STEM education is increasingly being focused on. Advanced AI technology is being realized on the foundation of STEM.
“I hope that you, the leaders of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution and the future, will be more proficient in STEM and make more efforts in learning science and technology. We will accompany you on this journey. Samsung will do its best to nurture Vietnamese technology talents through various social contribution activities such as the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow program.”
The Samsung Solve for Tomorrow 2025 competition was launched in March 2025, for middle and high school students aged 12 to 18, to encourage them to apply STEM education knowledge related to the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics to solve existing social problems.

After nearly 8 months of implementation, the contest has recorded impressive results with about 7,000 students and more than 2,500 teachers participating, along with 2,625 creative ideas submitted, marking an important step in the journey of turning ideas into practical technological solutions of the young generation of Vietnam.
During the competition, students had the opportunity to hone their soft skills through many special workshops within the framework of the program, and were guided to complete their projects by a team of senior professional advisors, including Samsung experts and employees, to improve their ability to think creatively, sketch ideas and present scientific projects.
With the vision of social responsibility "Together for tomorrow! Enabling People", in addition to the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow program, Samsung Vietnam has been implementing many other projects for the young generation such as: Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) technology talent development project - creating opportunities for the young generation to cultivate knowledge about advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, Big Data, Basic programming; Building and operating the Samsung Hope School, creating space and opportunities for after-school learning for students in difficult circumstances...
