Hai Duong City bans some roads from 7pm to midnight on October 28

Hai Duong City banned vehicles from circulating on some roads to serve the art program at Thong Nhat Square area (illustrative photo)

From 7:00 p.m. to midnight on October 28, Hai Duong City People's Committee banned all vehicles from traveling on Thong Nhat Street, from Bui Thi Xuan Street, Bach Dang Street to No. 1 Thong Nhat Street (end of Thong Nhat Square). Cars are prohibited from traveling from the intersection of Truong Chinh - Le Thanh Nghi - Thong Nhat to Bach Dang Street.

This road closure is to ensure traffic safety for the organization of the art program to celebrate the success of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029 and the 220th anniversary of the founding of Thanh Dong (1804-2024), 70th anniversary of the liberation of Hai Duong city (October 30, 1954 - October 30, 2024).

Hai Duong City People's Committee assigned the City Police to organize traffic flow, guide and handle traffic congestion; ensure traffic safety in the above area.
