- To practically celebrate the success of the 8th Congress of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security Ministry for the 2025-2030 term , and in preparation for the 14th National Congress of the Party, on the evening of December 10th, the People's Committee of Dong Kinh Ward, in coordination with the People's Public Security Drama Theater ( under the Political Affairs Department, Ministry of Public Security), organized a practical political activity.

The event was held through a performance of the play "Mother's Boat" by the People's Police Drama Theatre, attended by over 180 delegates including: representatives from the People's Police Drama Theatre; leaders of the Provincial Police; leaders of Dong Kinh ward, officers and soldiers of the ward police, secretaries and heads of blocks, local security and order forces, and representatives of organizations and associations in the area.

The play "Mother's Boat" is a deeply moving work of art, vividly recreating the image of a security and intelligence officer, a song about the noble sacrifice of Vietnamese mothers during the two protracted wars of national resistance, spanning the years.
