Implementing the plan for the International Financial Center

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued Decision No. 671/QD-UBND on the plan to implement Resolution No. 222/2025/QH15 dated June 27, 2025 of the National Assembly on the Vietnam International Financial Center.

The plan sets out 6 main groups of tasks: Propagating and disseminating Resolution No. 222/2025/QH15; coordinating to perfect the legal framework; establishing organizational apparatus; developing infrastructure, support ecosystem and space for the Vietnam International Financial Center in Da Nang city; developing human resources; communication, investment promotion.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to focus on preparatory work from now until the end of 2025, ensuring regular implementation and effective operation in practice based on the promulgated legal framework, and at the same time, during the implementation process, appropriate adjustments and supplements will be made. Develop and implement specific mechanisms and policies with focus and key points, suitable to the practical development context of the city and suitable to the state's ability to balance resources.

Units and localities mobilize and effectively use resources, especially public investment, public-private partnership and socialized resources to serve the implementation of the Vietnam International Financial Center in Da Nang; regularly check and evaluate progress and efficiency, promptly remove difficulties and propose adjustments suitable to reality.
