Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ngan, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Emulation Congress for Victory of the Provincial Armed Forces chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were members of the Congress Organizing Committee.
At the conference, the Provincial Military Command - the standing agency of the Congress Organizing Committee reported on the results of the preparations for the congress: Up to now, it has advised the province to issue directives, notices, and plans on organizing the congress, and at the same time, coordinated with agencies and units to implement related contents. Currently, it has coordinated with the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports to prepare an art program to welcome the congress; developed a plan for displaying and decorating the congress. In addition, it has coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to develop a plan and establish an Editorial Board to publish the book "Advanced models in the emulation movement to win of the provincial armed forces, period 2019 - 2024"; coordinated with press agencies to propagate the congress... Currently, the documents for the congress have been basically prepared.
Delegates attending the conference expressed their opinions and agreed on the expected personnel of the Presidium and the Congress Secretariat, and at the same time gave comments on the decoration, layout, emulation and rewards at the congress.
In his concluding remarks at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ngan, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, requested members of the Congress Organizing Committee to implement the contents and work according to plan, meet requirements, and contribute to the success of the congress based on their assigned tasks.
The Emulation Congress for Victory of the Provincial Armed Forces, 2019 - 2024 period, is expected to take place on July 10 at the Lao Cai Provincial Convention Center. The Congress has the task of evaluating the results of emulation and reward work, the emulation movement for Victory of the Armed Forces and determining the directions, goals and measures to continue innovating emulation and reward work in the new period, contributing to building a comprehensively strong "exemplary, typical" agency and unit, and strong and excellent mass organizations.
At the congress, collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to win the provincial armed forces, period 2019 - 2024, will be commended and rewarded.
