Implementing Circular 23/2025/TT-BYT regulating the statistical reporting regime of the health sector

On the morning of December 3, the Department of Health of Ca Mau organized a training course on the implementation of Circular 23/2025/TT-BYT regulating the statistical reporting regime of the health sector for more than 100 officials in charge in the province.

At the training course, delegates were introduced by the reporters representing the Department of Health and the Provincial Center for Disease Control an overview of Circular 23/2025/TT-BYT, providing guidance on data entry for the prevention system and the treatment system. The training course also spent a lot of time discussing and answering questions surrounding this Circular.

Speaking at the training course, Dr. Vuong Huu Tien, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, emphasized the importance and urgency of implementing this Circular. This will help staff grasp the new system of indicators and regulations of Circular 23, improve their skills in using medical statistics software,   overcome data overlap and ensure the formation of a synchronized data system.

In the coming time, the Department of Health will focus on directing the standardization and improvement of statistical data quality across the province. Deploying synchronous medical statistical software, enhancing training and technical support for statistical staff at all levels to use the software proficiently, reducing work pressure for statistical staff.
