The exhibition aims to honor the discoveries, materials and advanced scientific achievements that go hand in hand with the history of sustainable human development through large-scale, invested artworks by prominent Vietnamese artists.
Today, when technology and artificial intelligence (AI) are restructuring the concept of human and culture, the exhibition “Toa V - Scientific Touchpoint” was born as an open dialogue space between two cognitive domains. The exhibition brings together 9 representative artists of Vietnamese contemporary art, with diverse practices, together to re-question the position of humans in the vast ecosystem of knowledge and life through works that are invested in and executed on a large scale.
Dr. Le Thai Ha, Executive Director of VinFuture Foundation, said that the exhibition Toa V is an affirmation that science is not only knowledge, but also inspiration. When art meets science, the most complex ideas of humanity become closer, touching the heart and awakening the imagination of each of us. We hope that the exhibition will open a space where the public not only observes, but also feels, dialogues and reflects on the deep connection between knowledge, creativity and the future of humanity.

Different from the usual linear exhibition model, the space of “Toa V - Scientific Touchpoint” is organized as an “open mind map”. Viewers are encouraged to create their own itinerary to enjoy and contemplate through 5 “stations” – corresponding to 5 important scientific thinking areas.
Station 1: Seeds of Life - Agricultural Science displays works by the late artist Le Thiet Cuong. Beginning with the memory of rice grains, the symbol of rice civilization, this space takes viewers back to the origin of the world, where life originates from silence, from the micro-movements of the land and crops, before technology became the driving force of the era.
Station 2: Life - Medicine for Humanity, through the lens of artists Le Giang and Le Dang Ninh, took the audience deep into the biological world , where the fragility but resilience of the human body is reflected from childbirth, healing to efforts to protect life.

Station 3: Structure - Materials of the Future is where artists Bui Quoc Khanh and Do Ha Hoai redefine matter. Metal, glass or molecular structures here are "revived", moving on their own and telling the story of a smart material world.
Station 4: Consciousness Domain - The realm of intelligence, where artists Do Hiep and Pham Minh Hieu use light and data as symbols of intelligence. Here, light is not only a physical phenomenon but also a metaphor for the moment when people overcome the vague darkness to reach new knowledge.
The journey concludes with Station 5: Source of Life - Environmental Science - The convergence point of the journey with artists Vu Binh Minh and Trinh Minh Tien. Here, the works emphasize the inevitable loop: Humans cannot be separated from nature. Land, water, atmosphere and energy are dialogic structures, reminding that all technological advances operate within the limits of the planet.
Throughout the exhibition is a fundamental question: What keeps the world moving? Life, matter or the endless human imagination? Instead of providing a rigid definition, the exhibition is an effort to connect the public with science through artistic touches and rich multi-sensory experiences. Here, science is no longer strange but becomes close, full of emotions, inviting viewers to reflect on where we will go in the light of knowledge.
Along with the exhibition is a series of diverse experiential activities such as: Art talks and art tours, aiming to bring scientific and artistic concepts closer to the public.
The exhibition takes place from December 2, 2025 to February 28, 2026 at Vincom Center for Contemporary Art (VCCA), Vincom Mega Mall Royal City, 72A Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi.
