According to the organizers, the sketches, though simple, contain a whole sky of memories of a time of war, are stories and true experiences of a harsh but heroic life. The sketches are also vivid pages of history through drawings, expressing the heroic and indomitable fighting spirit and fierce patriotism of our army and people. Being held at the Monument to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers - a sacred symbol of sacrifice, patriotism and indomitable revolutionary spirit - makes the exhibition even more meaningful.
Previously, on July 11, the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum (78 Le Duan, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City) also opened a thematic exhibition, introducing 60 sketches of martyrs and artists who fought in the battlefield of Zone V. Both exhibitions will take place until August 10.
