Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong has just directed departments and branches to consult, propose, and draft solutions to remove obstacles for the project to solve flooding caused by tides in Ho Chi Minh City area, taking into account climate change factors (phase 1 - 10,000 billion tide prevention project).
The City leaders assigned the Department of Home Affairs to urgently review and adjust the content (appraisal of the project adjustment feasibility study report) in accordance with the proposal of the Department of Planning and Investment. This Department must advise, propose, draft a decision, and submit it to the City People's Committee.
The Department of Planning and Investment (Department of Finance) urgently selects a consulting unit to review the project's feasibility study report adjustment dossier.
At the same time, coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to submit a decision to complete the personnel of the Project Working Group as a basis for negotiating, signing the BT contract appendix and adjusting the project payment method.
In addition, it is necessary to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and units to promptly implement the direction of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on the proposal to adjust the project implementation time, sign the BT contract appendix and adjust the project payment method.
The above work must be completed before March 3.
The City also assigned the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board to urgently conduct an audit of the project's completed value. From there, advise, propose and draft a document from the City People's Committee to send to the State Audit Office on the request to conduct an audit of the project's completed value. This work must be completed before March 5.
Regarding land fund payment, the City assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Land Fund Development Center to continue urging relevant departments and units to establish detailed 1/500 planning for land areas expected to be paid to investors.
At the same time, hire a unit to appraise the land plots expected to be paid to investors and report the results to the City People's Committee at regular meetings.

Thu Duc City People's Committee urgently organizes appraisal and approval of detailed planning 1/500 at land lot number 232 Do Xuan Hop.
