On the morning of November 17, the Party Committee of Truong Sinh commune held a conference to announce the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel organization. Attending and directing the conference were comrade Tran Quang Minh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on: Appointing comrade Le Minh Son, Deputy Director of the Land Registration Office, Department of Agriculture and Environment to join the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Truong Sinh commune, term 2025-2030. Decision to transfer comrade Tran Trong Phi Truong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Truong Sinh commune to cease holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Truong Sinh commune, appointing him to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Truong Sinh commune, term 2025-2030. Decision on Appointing comrade Duong Thi Phuong Nhung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Truong Sinh commune, term 2021-2026.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Tran Quang Minh emphasized: The work of mobilizing and rotating cadres is a regular task of the Party, aiming to train and develop cadres more comprehensively to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee requested that the comrades who were mobilized and rotated this time continue to make efforts, try, practice, and strive together with the Truong Sinh Commune Party Committee to unite and unify to successfully implement the goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the First Congress for the 2025-2030 term; promote the spirit of responsibility, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility; together with the Commune Party Committee, focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of the set goals and tasks.
