College cooperates with 200 businesses to create internship and job opportunities

On September 28, Dai Viet Saigon College held the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year and awarded diplomas to more than 700 new graduates.

Information from Dai Viet Saigon College said that this school year, the school recruited more than 1,000 students in all training majors.

To encourage and motivate students' learning spirit and support them in their initial enrollment, the school has granted class A scholarships of 70% of tuition fees; class B scholarships of 50% of tuition fees and many other scholarships with a total value of more than 3 billion VND.

In addition, with the companionship and support of businesses, the school organized the awarding of 37 scholarships worth 111 million VND to students with difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties.

At the ceremony, Dai Viet Saigon College awarded graduation certificates to 758 students in the fields of Medicine and Pharmacy, Automotive Technology, Foreign Languages, Engineering Technology, Economics , Tourism, and Pedagogy of the school's training systems.

The school also commended and rewarded 1 valedictorian, 28 students with excellent academic results and 138 students with good academic results in the recent graduation exam.

Dr. Le Lam, Principal of Dai Viet Saigon College, said that to solve the problem of student output, from 2017 to now, the school has supported job referrals for students after graduation.

Up to now, the school has signed cooperation agreements with more than 200 companies and businesses in all fields of training to create opportunities for students to study business semesters, do internships, and work after graduation. The school strives to increase the employment rate of graduates from 87% to 95% by 2025; especially in the field of preschool education, the employment rate is 100%.
