The Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine programs both accept applications from candidates with a minimum score of 21 points. For the remaining programs, the university accepts applications from candidates with a minimum score of 19 points.
The minimum admission scores for each specific major are shown in the following table:
The above minimum score applies to candidates in Area 3 (without weighting), and is the general minimum score for combinations of 3 subjects/exams. The midwifery major only accepts female candidates.
Previously, the Ministry of Education and Training had an official decision on the minimum score for health and teacher training (pedagogy) majors. For the group of health majors with practice certificates, the threshold to ensure quality in medicine and dentistry is 22.5 points; pharmacy and traditional medicine is 21 points; health majors including nursing, preventive medicine, midwifery, medical testing techniques, medical imaging techniques, rehabilitation techniques, and dental prosthetic techniques are 19 points.
