Reporting at the conference, Mr. Doan Ngoc Tuan - Head of the Propaganda Department of Dai Loc District Party Committee said that on July 27, 2021, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 315 on implementing Conclusion No. 01. After that, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee continued to issue a plan for studying the entire course, an annual implementation plan and many other related plans.

The grassroots party organizations under the Party, agencies, units and localities all develop plans suitable to the practical situation and assigned political tasks for implementation, contributing to further improving the quality of studying and following Uncle Ho.

From 2021 to now, many new models of realizing Directive No. 05 have received the attention and response of a large number of cadres, party members, union members, union members and people. Typical examples include "Sharing rice" of the Women's Union of Dai Hoa commune; "Morning smiles" of the people of Dai Hong commune; "Basket of affection" of women of Dai Quang commune; "Confident disabled women" club of women of Dai Lanh commune...

In 2023, a number of new models were deployed, initially bringing positive results such as: "Godmother", "Planting flowers to eliminate garbage hotspots" of the District Women's Union; "Bicycles help children go to school" of Dai Tan Commune Youth Union; District Farmers' Association with the competition of excellent grassroots farmer propagandists...

At the conference, many collectives and individuals were commended by the People's Committee of Dai Loc district for implementing Conclusion No. 01. The District Party Committee's Propaganda Department awarded the video clip creation contest "Glorious Party, Great President Ho Chi Minh - Keep the faith" to outstanding individuals and collectives (1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes).
