Distribute leaflets and propaganda to the people

This is an activity to implement Official Dispatch No. 246 dated June 6 of the Hue City Border Guard Command on conducting mass mobilization work during the peak period of the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods on border routes, sea and island areas; preventing and combating human trafficking; preventing and suppressing drug crimes.

Through the unit's propaganda activities, make the local people understand and comply well with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, focusing on the methods and tricks of smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods; regulations on residence; management of weapons, explosives, and supporting tools; mobilize people not to participate in smuggling, cover up, or assist smuggling; actively denounce smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods trading, human trafficking, and activities related to drug crimes.

Propaganda activities will continue to be deployed in the following forms: Coordinating with local authorities to organize the broadcast of "Border Guard Loudspeaker" on the local radio system twice a week for 60 minutes/session; organizing the distribution of leaflets, directly propagating to the people through village meetings, village party cells, and hamlets; promoting the role of the team of commune-strengthened cadres, party members in charge of households in border areas; and prestigious people in the area.
