Propaganda about seas and islands and attracting resources to the Naval Academy

LCĐT - On the morning of April 8, 2023, the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department coordinated with the 131st Naval Engineering Brigade and the Sa Pa Town Party Committee to organize a conference to promote the sea and islands and attract human resources to participate in building the Vietnam Navy for cadres, teachers and students in Sa Pa town.

Comrade Duong Duc Huy, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department spoke at the conference.

Attending the program were comrade Duong Duc Huy, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Standing member of the Sa Pa Town Party Committee, leaders of the 131st Naval Engineering Brigade and nearly 800 cadres, teachers and students of High School No. 1, Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities - Middle School and High School in the town.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Dinh Phuong, Deputy Chief of Politics , 131st Naval Engineering Brigade, informed about topics about sea and islands.

At the conference, delegates and students listened to a reporter from the 131st Naval Engineering Brigade inform them about topics on Vietnam's seas and islands; important policies of the Party and State on protecting sovereignty over seas and islands; propaganda to attract high-quality resources to the Navy and the Naval Academy, participating in building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Navy.

Students from schools in Sa Pa town participate in the program.

The organization of the conference is an activity to concretize the Program of coordination in propagating seas and islands between Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee and the Navy Party Committee, which is of important significance, contributing to raising awareness and creating high consensus among Party members, soldiers and people of all walks of life, especially the young generation of Lao Cai on sea and island sovereignty in the new situation.
