U.23 Vietnam and the emotional origins of the journey to conquer the 33rd SEA Games gold medal

In the opening match of SEA Games 33, U.23 Vietnam defeated U.23 Laos with a score of 2-1. The victory was not too big but enough to show the determination and fighting spirit of the young players - who are starting to write a new journey for Vietnamese football.

As soon as the referee's whistle blew, U.23 Vietnam showed their proactive style of play. The players kept the ball firmly, launched clear attacks and completely controlled the midfield. Each attack showed confidence even though this was only the opening match.
