Commune People's Committee receives pink book blanks to issue to people

The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City has just sent a document to the People's Committees of wards, communes, and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City regarding the issuance of blank Certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land (pink books).

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, since July 1, the City Land Registration Office (under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City) has issued pink book blanks and provided management instructions, providing addresses to receive blanks for wards, communes, and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City.

Up to now, most of the wards, communes and special zones have received the pink book blanks and managed them according to regulations. To limit the travel time of the wards, communes and special zones during the process of receiving the blanks, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has instructed that 102 wards and communes of the old Ho Chi Minh City receive the pink book blanks at 12 Phan Dang Luu, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

For 36 wards and communes of the former Binh Duong province, receive the blanks at address 321 Phu Loi Street, Phu Loi Ward, HCMC.

For 30 wards, communes, and Con Dao special zone of the former Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, receive the blanks at address 1939 National Highway 55, Long Dien commune, Ho Chi Minh City.
