Muong Xen Commune People's Committee and Ky Son High School open as free resting places for volunteer groups

On the evening of July 27, the People's Committee of Muong Xen Commune and Ky Son High School prioritized accommodation for 70 people from volunteer groups.

According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Secretary of the Muong Xen Commune Party Committee, the above two locations will always be open to welcome volunteer groups. In the immediate future, the locality will focus on arranging accommodation at Ky Son High School. During overloaded times, the Muong Xen Commune People's Committee will continue to welcome volunteer groups.

Currently, the weather in many highland communes of Nghe An is complicated. Due to heavy rains lasting for many days, in many places, the soil has been soaked, with a very high risk of landslides. Many road sections have landslides deep into the negative slope... posing a potential danger to traffic.

Therefore, volunteer groups going to remote and mountainous communes need to contact functional agencies and local authorities to know the actual situation and have appropriate plans.
