UFC parent company TKO Group has filed a new settlement proposal with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The plaintiffs, with more than 1,200 fighters, allege that the UFC violated antitrust laws by paying fighters less than they were entitled to.

The judge had previously rejected a lower settlement of $335 million. "While we believe the original settlement was fair, we feel it is in the best interests of all parties to end this litigation," a UFC spokesperson said on September 26. The proposed $375 million settlement is still awaiting approval by a judge in Nevada.
