At the conference, voters heard a summary report on the results of implementing socio- economic development, national defense and security tasks in 2025, key directions and tasks in 2026; and an announcement on the content of the regular People's Council meeting at the end of 2025.

Also at the conference, voters reflected and made recommendations on issues of people's lives in the area.

Voters said that on December 16, 2024, the project to build and renovate the meeting house of residential groups 1 + 2, ward (formerly Hoang Van Thu), now Tuong Mai ward, was started to invest and build a new one. However, after the first floor roof was poured, construction was stopped. Voters recommended that the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the ward pay attention and direct the project to continue construction, contributing to serving the needs and community activities of the people.

Pointing out the unsafe situation at the apartment building at 435A Giai Phong Street, voters requested that authorities promptly inspect and find solutions to renovate and repair to ensure the safety of residents.

Voter representatives in Vinh Hoang urban area reflected on the progress of technical infrastructure handover, the situation of many years without public lighting system along the lake, lack of kindergartens, cultural houses and the long-standing backlog of construction materials and pipes, affecting urban safety and aesthetics.

In addition, voters recommended: Speeding up the progress of restoration and embellishment of Hoang Mai communal house relic, the Hoang Mai market renovation project to soon stabilize the space for people's religious activities and trading; having more drastic and synchronous solutions to ensure urban order, handling the situation of temporary markets, sidewalk encroachment, and roadside encroachment on densely populated streets and alleys.

Representatives of leaders and specialized departments of Tuong Mai ward discussed and clarified issues of concern to voters.

Accordingly, for the project to build and renovate the meeting house of residential groups 1 and 2 of the old Hoang Van Thu ward, the ward said that the project has completed the foundation, septic tank, column structure of the first floor, and the second floor and the city has allocated capital to continue construction, striving to complete in the second quarter of 2026.

Regarding the content related to the apartment building at 435A Giai Phong Street, the Ward People's Committee has developed a plan to review and inspect all old apartment buildings in the area, will update and propose to add 435A to the city's inspection plan and implement it in 2026. Regarding Vinh Hoang urban area, the ward has issued a document requesting to receive the handover of technical infrastructure (green park, lawn, walking path) from House Company No. 7; based on the consensus of the Department of Construction, the Ward People's Committee is coordinating to inventory the current status, expected to complete the handover before December 10, 2025, and will at the same time establish a renovation and upgrading project, including the restoration and operation of the lighting system and planning and investment in a kindergarten on a plot of land of about 4,500m²; the ward will also require the investor to relocate remaining materials and pipes to ensure safety and aesthetics...

Concluding the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Tuong Mai Ward Vo Xuan Trong respectfully thanked the voters for their enthusiastic and responsible opinions. The issues raised by voters will be classified, clearly assigned to responsible individuals, monitored for progress, and reported at the regular year-end meeting; thereby strengthening people's trust, creating social consensus to build a green, civilized, modern, and safe Tuong Mai Ward.

Comrade Vo Xuan Trong said that the ward will continue to closely follow the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, concretizing them into the 2026 plan with the motto "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear progress, clear efficiency".
