Experts assert that the application of real estate technology (proptech) to management and operation will be a prominent trend in 2025. This is because proptech brings superior value to investors, management companies, and residents alike.

For investors, technology helps optimize operating costs, increase brand value, and enhance the competitiveness of projects. For example, applying FM solutions to optimize the asset lifecycle of equipment can help investors and building management optimize usable space by 25% and reduce operating costs by 20%.

PropertyGuru's report on consumer sentiment and real estate trends at the end of 2024 shows that 50% of young people aged 22-29 appreciate the application of technology in management and operations and will prioritize choosing residences with smart amenities.
