Why can't Huynh Nhu join the Vietnam women's team?

Returning to the Vietnamese women's national team, coach Mai Duc Chung has dropped five players from the training squad preparing for the 2023 World Cup: Tran Thi Thu Xuan, Cu Thi Huynh Nhu, Ngo Thi Hong Nhung, Le Thi Thuy Trang, and Dinh Thi Thuy Dung.

According to the plan, on the morning of June 5th, the entire team will travel from Noi Bai Airport ( Hanoi ) to Frankfurt Airport (Germany).

During this training camp, coach Mai Duc Chung and his team will play friendly matches against Eintracht Frankfurt (June 10), Short Mainz (June 15), and the German women's national team (June 24).

In addition, the girls in red will also have a match against the Polish U23 women's team on June 21st.

After their training camp in Germany, Huynh Nhu and her teammates will return to Vietnam and continue training at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center before traveling to New Zealand on July 5th.

In this final stage, the Vietnamese women's team will play friendly matches against New Zealand and Spain before embarking on their journey at the 2023 World Cup.
