The law will regulate AI systems according to four risk levels: unacceptable, high, medium and low. High-risk systems will have to undergo rigorous testing, while low-risk innovative startups will be encouraged to develop through sandboxes - controlled testing mechanisms.
In addition to risk management, the law also aims to form a national one-stop electronic information portal on AI, supporting businesses to access regulations and carry out procedures quickly. At the same time, small and medium-sized AI enterprises and startups will be given priority access to capital, data infrastructure and technology testing programs.
