Major General Doan Van Nhat, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Political Department, Deputy Director of Politics of Military Region 5, presented the Decision on appointment of the position of Prosecutor of all ranks.

Accordingly, the conference announced and awarded the decision to appoint Captain Ho Viet Hong ( Military Procuracy of Military Region 5) as Intermediate Prosecutor; appointing the following comrades as Primary Prosecutors: Major Han Van Chang (Military Procuracy of Region 52); Senior Lieutenant Le Minh Dong (Military Procuracy of Region 53); Lieutenant Doan Van Phuoc Duy (Military Procuracy of Region 51).

The decisions take effect from April 16, 2025.

Delegates and prosecutors were appointed.

At the ceremony, the appointed comrades expressed their emotion and honor at being entrusted with new responsibilities by their superiors; pledged to always uphold the qualities of a prosecutor, strictly implement discipline, and strive to complete all assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Doan Van Nhat congratulated the comrades for passing the exam and being appointed to new judicial positions; emphasizing that this is an honor but also a great responsibility. Major General Doan Van Nhat asked the comrades to continue to strive, practice, and study to improve their qualifications, to meet the requirements of judicial reform and the political tasks of the entire sector in the new period; to continue to uphold discipline and public ethics; to promote the spirit of solidarity, and to work with the unit to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
