From the Vietnam Listed Companies Awards (VLCA) 2025 to the Vietnam Sustainable Enterprises (CSI) 2025 Announcement Ceremony, the company has consistently been recognized in many core categories, reflecting a substantive implementation of its ESG strategy and its long-term competitiveness.
2025 marks a memorable milestone in Vinamilk 's sustainable development journey as the company simultaneously achieved significant accomplishments at the Vietnam Listed Companies Awards (VLCA) and the Vietnam Sustainable Enterprises Awards (CSI) ceremony. Notably, Vinamilk received the "CSI Star" award – a symbol honoring businesses that have made consistent and stable contributions over a decade. Vinamilk was among the top 11 outstanding companies to receive this award, appearing in the Top 10 of Vietnam's Sustainable Enterprises for 10 consecutive years. This recognition acknowledges not only Vinamilk's achievements but also its unwavering commitment and long-term strategy in building a sustainable development model.

This year, among more than 500 participating businesses and 147 officially scored, Vinamilk continued to be in the Top 10 and maintained its position as the No. 1 Sustainable Business in Vietnam for the second consecutive year. This result reflects the company's systematic operation according to the CSI index, which is considered the leading standard in Vietnam for evaluating businesses across four pillars: economic , environmental, social, and governance. As the CSI program marks its 10th anniversary, the "CSI Star" award given to Vinamilk is even more significant, demonstrating the company's pioneering role in spreading sustainable development values in Vietnam. According to the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD-VCCI), this is proof of Vinamilk's stability, long-term vision, and adaptability in the context of increasingly stringent ESG standards.
Not only did Vinamilk shine at CSI, it also made a strong impression at VLCA 2025 by winning Second Prize for Sustainable Development Reporting. This recognition is given to businesses with transparent reporting systems, consistent data, and the integration of ESG into their practical operations. Vinamilk's report meets the new requirements of IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 – international standards that are considered the "common language" of global sustainability reporting. The judging panel assessed Vinamilk as one of the few businesses that approaches ESG in a substantive way, demonstrating an integrated mindset from low-carbon agriculture , packaging innovation, supply chain management to a Net Zero strategy.

Notably, Vinamilk continued to be awarded the Best Greenhouse Gas Emission Disclosure Company Award in 2025, marking its third consecutive year in the top position. In the context of increasingly stringent carbon transparency requirements and the dairy industry facing significant pressure to reduce emissions, Vinamilk's maintenance of full Scope 1, 2, and 3 inventories across its entire value chain and its assurance of independent annual data since 2016 demonstrates the company's long-term vision. Vinamilk simultaneously implements several international frameworks such as: the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Dairy Industry Development Framework (DSF), carbon reporting according to CDP – a non-profit global environmental impact organization, and Net Zero orientation under the Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi). These elements combine to form a comprehensive emissions management system – a crucial condition as Vietnam prepares to implement a carbon market.
In addition to environmental data transparency, corporate governance continues to be a bright spot for Vinamilk this year. The company was honored in the Top 5 companies with breakthrough progress in corporate governance at CSI and in the Top 8 companies with the best corporate governance at the Vietnam Listed Company Awards (VLCA). These recognitions show that Vinamilk is proactively improving its governance standards towards transparency, efficiency and compliance with international practices, thereby strengthening shareholders' trust and enhancing competitiveness in the market.
Overall, Vinamilk's 2025 awards are not isolated achievements but clearly reflect a consistent strategy based on three pillars: transparency, governance, and sustainability.
