Recently, the US magazine Forbes reported that experts from OvationNetwork (a luxury travel agency network) exclusively shared with this magazine a list of the 24 most attractive destinations in the world in 2024, including Ha Long Bay.
Notably, this is the first time Vietnam has had a representative on the list of the world's top tourist destinations since OvationNetwork published the annual list from 2020 to present.
“We see the strong growth in travel demand from last year continuing into 2023,” said Zane Bohrer, Vice President and CEO of OvationNetwork. “In 2024, travelers will be looking for deeper, more experiential connections in new, less crowded destinations.”

Travel consultant Andrew Lewis Harrison said that Ha Long Bay has all the elements to satisfy the needs of all types of visitors, whether they are history enthusiasts, nature lovers, foodies or adventure seekers. The unique creation of nature has created islands and limestone mountains of various shapes, further highlighting the magical beauty of Ha Long Bay that cannot be found anywhere else, Andrew praised.
