Hai Duong's local budget capital plan is 50,191 billion VND. Of which, the provincial budget is 30,559.4 billion VND to implement 110 newly started projects, 27 transitional projects to be completed in the 2021-2025 period, 9 newly started projects to be completed after 2025 and allocate capital for 39 projects completed in the previous period. The district and commune budget capital is 19,631.6 billion VND, allocated to implement projects assigned by the province as investors and projects serving local economic development.
The central budget capital plan is 4,847.4 billion VND allocated to 2 projects completed in the previous phase, 9 transitional projects, 13 newly started projects and additional sources for the new rural construction program.
The province's foreign direct investment (ODA) capital in the 2021-2025 period is 603.3 billion VND to be allocated to 2 projects. In addition, there is capital from legal revenue sources for investment of 107.4 billion VND.
Hai Duong prioritizes allocating medium-term public investment capital for 2021-2025 for key projects and connecting traffic projects. Especially during this period, the province focuses on implementing investment projects for healthcare,education , social security, etc.
