With 18 years dedicated to the profession, Thu has always been at the forefront of challenging tasks, acting as a "locomotive" driving the morale and productivity of the entire production team. With a spirit of continuous innovation, Thu developed the solution "Installing an oil suction line for the BRW315/31.5 liquid pumping station," which helps improve the working environment and increase production efficiency.

Making his mark with the "Roll Removal Tool," Mr. Nam has helped reduce yarn roll change time by 50%, contributing to increased production and product quality. "I consider each innovation a way for us workers to proactively overcome difficulties and bridge the gap with modern technology," Mr. Nam shared. Furthermore, Mr. Nam directly trained 8 new workers in 2024, organized apprenticeship sessions, and shared experiences to help the entire team progress.
