Bat Trang Commune: Received 682 million VND in support of the Fund "For the Poor"

According to the report, from July to October 2025, the "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee of Bat Trang commune received 351,351 million VND in funds; provided support to 2 households with sudden difficult circumstances in village 1 and village 2 of Bat Trang with an amount of 3 million VND/household; 1 household in village 2 of Bat Trang was caught in a gas fire, 2 people were severely burned and had to go to the emergency room, and received 5 million VND in support; made a list of gifts for 5 households with difficult circumstances in each village on the National Great Unity Day with an amount of 1 million VND/household; effectively used the "For the Poor" Fund to ensure democracy, transparency, and support for the right subjects and for the right purposes.

At the conference, the Bat Trang Commune "For the Poor" Fund received support from organizations, businesses, units and individuals totaling 668 million VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Bat Trang Commune People's Committee Hoang Tien Dung emphasized that Bat Trang Commune Party Committee continues to strengthen leadership and direction of the entire political system to promote the movement to support the "For the poor" fund associated with the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", so that all people in the commune can enjoy the common development results of the locality.

The Chairman of Bat Trang Commune People's Committee hopes that businesses, units and people in the commune will actively support flood victims with compassion and civic responsibility, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity, together with the whole country, helping people in flood-affected areas to soon stabilize their lives, restore production, develop the economy and overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters.

Launching the peak period "For the poor" and social security in 2025 and supporting provinces damaged by storms and floods, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bat Trang commune Chu Anh Tuan called on agencies, units, enterprises, cadres, civil servants, employees, workers, philanthropists and people in the area to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity "Mutual love and support", reducing a part of their income to support and help people in provinces damaged by rain, storms and floods.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bat Trang commune awarded 60 million VND in support of building a Great Unity house to a disadvantaged household in village 3 - Kim Lan; and presented gifts to support 7 near-poor households with a total amount of 21 million VND.
