At the ceremony, delegates also heard the announcement of 05 Decisions of the Commune People's Committee Chairman on: Transferring Mr. Bui Nhat Thanh - Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee to work at the Commune People's Council; Assigning tasks to Mr. Tran Van Ha - Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee to be in charge of operating the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee, the assignment period is until December 1, 2026 or until the competent authority completes the position of Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee; Receiving and appointing Mr. Huynh Xuan Phat to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Culture - Society, the term of appointment is 5 years; Transferring Mr. Tran Thanh Tuan - Head of the Department of Economics to work at the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee and holding the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee, the term of appointment is 5 years; Assigning Mr. Le Huynh - Deputy Head of Economic Department to be in charge of operating the Economic Department, the assignment period is until December 1, 2026 or until the competent authority completes the position of Head of Economic Department, the Decisions take effect from December 3, 2025.

Announcement of the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee on accepting and appointing comrade Tran Do Tan - Party Committee member, Head of the Department of Culture - Society to hold the position of Director of the Commune Political Center, from December 1, 2025, the appointment period is 5 years; Resolution of the Standing Committee of the Commune People's Council, term I, term 2021 - 2026 on approving Mr. Bui Nhat Thanh to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Economic and Budgetary Committee, full-time operation of the Commune People's Council, term I, term 2021 - 2026.
