Trung Khanh Vinh Commune completed payment of non-cash subsidies to people with revolutionary contributions.

On December 5, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Trung Khanh Vinh commune said that, implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Home Affairs, up to now, the commune has completed the payment of non-cash subsidies to people with revolutionary contributions.

Trung Khanh Vinh Commune guides people to carry out procedures to pay non-cash subsidies to people with revolutionary contributions.  

Specifically, the commune has paid subsidies through bank accounts to 358 cases, including 34 meritorious people and 324 social subsidies, reaching 100%.

Currently, implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Home Affairs has issued a document requesting the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to urge and direct the payment of non-cash subsidies to people with meritorious services to the revolution through personal accounts or accounts of authorized persons, ensuring compliance with regulations, accuracy and timeliness. At the same time, promote propaganda, mobilization and support for people without bank accounts to open accounts to receive subsidies; strive to reach over 80% of the total number of people with meritorious services to the revolution by the end of 2025 to receive subsidies through accounts within the scope of management and aim to pay subsidies without using cash, through personal accounts or accounts of authorized persons to reach a rate of 100%.

For cases that are not eligible to open an account or do not have an authorized person, the Department of Home Affairs requests the Chairman of the People's Committee of communes, wards and special zones to direct relevant agencies and units to coordinate in choosing other suitable payment methods in accordance with current regulations, ensuring the rights of beneficiaries.
