Van Dinh commune launches the "Voters ask - Representatives answer" model.

HNP - On December 12th, Van Dinh commune simultaneously launched the "Voters Ask - Representatives Answer" points at all 6/6 People's Council delegate groups of the first term, 2021-2026, located in the villages of Van Dinh, Dong Phi, Dong Duong, Cao Lam, Nghi Loc and Doan Xa.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Bui Thi Thu Hien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of the commune, emphasized that the simultaneous establishment of "Voters Ask - Representatives Answer" points helps to shorten the gap between the government and the people, ensuring that all issues affecting people's lives are listened to, categorized, and handled responsibly.

Comrade Bui Thi Thu Hien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Van Dinh commune, delivered a speech.

Immediately after the inauguration ceremony, all six/6 groups of the commune's People's Council delegates held meetings with voters following the third session (the regular year-end session of 2025), reporting on the results of the session and responding to voters' previous requests.

Voter's statement

At six voter outreach points, many issues concerning people's lives were frankly reflected upon. Voters also raised concerns about the low allowance for heads of elderly associations compared to their workload, requesting the city to consider paying allowances to the elderly and war veterans at the beginning of each month to avoid difficulties for beneficiaries; addressing the encroachment on National Highway 21B, which causes traffic safety and aesthetic problems; accelerating the provision of clean water; guiding people through land procedures; resolving obstacles in issuing land use right certificates; improving the quality of garbage collection; upgrading rural roads; and improving the quality of services provided by agricultural cooperatives.

All opinions were received and addressed by the commune's People's Council representatives within their authority; issues beyond their authority were compiled and sent to the competent authorities and will be answered at the next meeting.

At the launch points, the Standing Committee of the Commune People's Council announces the schedule for receiving citizens and accepting voter suggestions; at the same time, it disseminates the regulations on receiving and processing information so that people can easily monitor and supervise. The fixed time for receiving citizens is on the first Tuesday morning of each month, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
