The draft Political Report of the 14th National Congress and Resolution No. 59 of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation have clearly stated that the guiding principle for foreign policy and international integration is a "crucial and ongoing" task.
However, in order to meet the increasingly high goals and tasks of national development, the implementation of foreign affairs and international integration needs to overcome a number of difficulties and bottlenecks, especially in terms of mechanisms and resources.
Based on this, the National Assembly's Resolution will be an important legal document, creating a framework for implementing special, breakthrough policies and mechanisms to remove bottlenecks, maximize opportunities, and enhance the effectiveness of the country's international integration. It will also help the entire political system become more flexible in adapting to international standards, attracting resources, and improving national competitiveness. This is not only the responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but a shared responsibility of all officials working on foreign affairs and international integration within the political system, from the central to local levels.

Through the two discussion sessions of the Conference, delegates contributed many heartfelt, frank, and substantive opinions, pointing out bottlenecks that need to be addressed, limitations that need to be overcome, and proposing many breakthrough and practical mechanisms, policies, and solutions for international integration.
This is a valuable source of information, providing an important scientific and practical basis for the Drafting Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to continue researching and developing the draft Resolution.
At the same time, the workshop also offered practical suggestions and proposals on mechanisms, policies, and resources to create breakthroughs in the implementation of foreign affairs and international integration in the coming period.
