(born in 1996; residing in Lan Gioi village, Tan Yen district, Bac Giang province, temporarily residing in Cuu Thanh street, Nguyen Trai ward, Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province) in the direction of Hanoi - Lang Son collided with the tractor with license plate: 12C-112.xx pulling a trailer 12R-011.99 driven by Mr. Dang Hieu P. (born in 1991, residing in Na Bui, Lam Ca, Dinh Lap, Lang Son), traveling in the opposite direction.

As a result, Mr. Dang Hieu P. died, Mr. Pham Cong M. was slightly injured, and 2 cars were severely damaged.

The initial cause was determined to be that driver 34H-021.xx did not drive on the right side of the road.
