(born in 1996; residing in Lan Gioi village, Tan Yen district, Bac Giang province, temporarily residing in Cuu Thanh street, Nguyen Trai ward, Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province) in the direction of Hanoi - Lang Son collided with the tractor with license plate: 12C-112.xx pulling a trailer 12R-011.99 driven by Mr. Dang Hieu P. (born in 1991, residing in Na Bui, Lam Ca, Dinh Lap, Lang Son), traveling in the opposite direction.

As a result, Mr. Dang Hieu P. died, Mr. Pham Cong M. was slightly injured, and two cars were severely damaged.
