At the exhibition space in the “Happy Shopping – Happy Shopping” area, many businesses have implemented stimulus activities, introducing products directly to consumers. Among them, Deli’s booth attracted a large number of visitors from the first day, especially groups of students and office workers.

Representative of Deli Vietnam, Ms. Nguyen Kieu Anh, Director of E-commerce, said that Online Friday is always a particularly important occasion for businesses, not only because of its large scale and wide reach, but also because it is the "closest bridge" for brands to directly contact consumers, listen to their expectations and introduce high-quality stationery and learning products in accordance with the spirit of "Safety - Peace of mind - Happiness" that the Ministry of Industry and Trade oriented for this year's program.
In parallel with live activities, Deli also deployed livestreams at events, an increasingly popular form of shopping behavior among Gen Z. During the program week, the company's online channel system attracted millions of views, more than 30 million interactions, created 100,000 orders and recorded a 20% increase in new customers compared to the previous month.
A notable point in the e-commerce picture in the first half of 2025 is the tightening of censorship by platforms. At Online Friday 2025, Mr. Lam Thanh, Representative of TikTok Vietnam, shared the latest data from TikTok Shop's Global Transparency Report, showing increasingly strict quality control to prevent counterfeit and poor quality goods.
During the period from January to June 2025, TikTok Shop recorded: 1.4 million seller profiles were rejected due to not meeting standards; more than 70 million products were blocked before listing (up 40% compared to the previous period); After listing, more than 700,000 violating seller accounts were disabled; 200,000 products were restricted or removed from the system; the platform reviewed 900,000+ reports from users and coordinated the processing of 4,600+ revocation notices in operating markets.
These figures partly show the great pressure of the current e-commerce market and also reflect the increasing expectations of consumers about product quality and origin. Safe digital shopping environment: businesses, platforms, consumers change together
Looking at Online Friday 2025, we can see changes on all three sides: Platforms tighten transparency and censorship, minimizing violations right from the registration and product listing stages; businesses focus more on real experiences, clear information, proving quality instead of just promoting; consumers, especially the younger generation, increasingly prioritize transparency, like to see products actually used, have real reviews and try before buying.
These shifts not only create a vibrant Online Friday 2025 season but also contribute to shaping a more civilized and trustworthy digital shopping environment, which is an important factor for e-commerce to continue to develop sustainably in the future.
