Ms. D, an employee of a restaurant in Lam Dong province, was fined 7.5 million VND for using an image of actress Nam Thu to post on social media.
On September 5, Duc Trong district police (Lam Dong) punishment Ms. NTD was administratively punished for "Collecting, processing and using other individuals' information without consent or for purposes other than those prescribed by law".
July 3, Actress Nam Thu went to have a meal at a restaurant in Lien Nghia town. Afterwards, Ms. D., an employee of this restaurant, extracted image camera and upload social network without the consent of actress Nam Thu.
As of August 8, actress Nam Thu file a complaint restaurant owner to district authorities Duc Trong because the image of the actress at the bar was posted on social networks.
As previously reported by the press, Nam Thu's image appeared frequently on social networks, after an account posted messages accusing the actress of stealing her husband. User Zyy Doo affirmed that "there is enough evidence to identify the Zalo account named Eres Al Amor De Mi Vilà of Nam Thu".
Afterwards, actress Nam Thu held a press conference and affirmed that she did not steal her husband, tested negative for stimulants, responding to the accusations of the account "Zyy Doo".
