The entire family was assisted by the Health Station and taken to the Trung Son ATK Hospital. After receiving first aid, the family was transferred to the Tuyen Quang Provincial General Hospital for monitoring and treatment. Currently, the health of all five family members is temporarily stable.
On the morning of August 3rd, the leaders of Hung Loi commune visited the hospital to offer condolences and encouragement, and also provided the family with 1.5 million VND in financial assistance.
According to doctors, during periods of hot, humid weather and heavy rainfall, wild mushrooms thrive. Although this is a common food, people in mountainous areas mainly rely on personal experience to distinguish between poisonous and non-poisonous mushrooms, sometimes leading to confusion and poisoning. Doctors advise people to absolutely not eat wild mushrooms, mushrooms growing in the wild, or any unfamiliar plants in the forest. If people unfortunately eat wild mushrooms or plants and experience unusual symptoms suspected of poisoning such as vomiting, dizziness, abdominal pain, etc., they should go to the nearest medical facility for emergency treatment.
