23 female cadres and members were trained to become parents for the comprehensive development of children.

From September 12 to 16, the Provincial Women's Union (VWU) in collaboration with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF Vietnam) organized a training conference for instructors of the parenting program for comprehensive child development.

The conference was attended by 23 trainees who are officials of the Provincial Women's Union; officials and members of the Women's Unions of My Lam, Minh Xuan, Nong Tien, An Tuong, Binh Thuan wards and Yen Son commune.

During the training period, trainees will be taught basic skills of a tour guide in guiding group activities, parenting skills, child health care, nutritional care, intellectual development in children and playing with children; preventing child abuse, child safety, parents controlling emotions and taking care of themselves... The training is conducted through a creative visual approach, illustrating real-life situations...

The training conference aims to improve knowledge and skills in group coordination; help trainees understand more about the meaning and importance of parents to children, especially for the comprehensive development of children in the first years of life. From there, they can accompany their children on their journey of growing up.
