Ha Giang Ward 2 examines and establishes health records for the entire population

With the goal of 100% of people receiving free health check-ups and creating electronic health records for life, from October 27, Ha Giang 2 ward launched the campaign to examine and create health records for the whole population.

Elderly people are examined for eye diseases.

Accordingly, the campaign will last until November 13, and grassroots medical units will conduct medical examinations and create electronic health records for people in 63 residential groups. When coming for medical examination, people will have their blood pressure measured, blood tested, ultrasounded, and screened for liver and gallbladder diseases, along with specialists in internal medicine, surgery, ear-nose-throat, dentistry, and eyes...

In particular, in this free medical examination campaign, each person will have a lifetime electronic health record created to store all health information of each individual. The results of medical examination and treatment will be fully updated and synchronized into the National Health Management System.

The campaign is a practical activity to concretize Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo "On a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health". In addition, it helps grassroots health units build a digital health data system, serving more scientific and effective medical management and consultation. In addition, it detects disease risks early, strengthens preventive medicine and comprehensive health care for the people.
