Inauguration of the Great Solidarity House for poor households in Tan Thanh

On October 27, Tan Thanh Commune People's Committee coordinated with the Compassionate Arms Volunteer Association and Yen Lang Parish to inaugurate and hand over the Great Unity house to Mr. Pham Van Mieng's family, Goc Mit hamlet, Tan Thanh commune.

Delegates attended the inauguration ceremony of the Great Unity House in Tan Thanh commune.

Mr. Mieng's family is a poor household, in extremely difficult circumstances, living in a dilapidated house but not having the conditions to build a house. In that situation, the People's Committee of Tan Thanh commune supported Mr. Mieng's family with 60 million VND to build a house from the temporary house removal fund and socialized sources. The Compassionate Hands Charity Association and Yen Lang Parish supported the family with over 33 million VND. After 2 months of construction, the 90m2 level 4 house with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and closed auxiliary works was completed.

This is a meaningful gift to encourage Mr. Pham Van Mieng's family to have a stable place to live, work with peace of mind, and soon escape poverty.
