Accordingly, the General Staff directed the Department of Military Training and Schools to draft a directive on organizing and training the army and militia forces to participate in the A80 parade and march, based on maintaining the forces and formations that participated in the parade and march commemorating the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification, including 11 standing formations and 27 marching formations.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, requested that agencies and units focus on upholding their responsibilities and effectively implementing each assigned task.
The General Department of Defense Industry promptly proposed and produced materials, technical equipment, and vehicles to ensure good service for the parade and marching tasks. The Hanoi Capital Command surveyed the marching routes and assembly locations after the parade and marching to ensure they were reasonable and convenient...
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia noted that the parade and marching practice time takes place during the hottest months of summer (from June to September), so agencies and units need to focus on building flexible and scientific training plans to achieve efficiency and ensure good health for soldiers.
