Representatives of the leaders of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam ( BIDV ) Thanh Hoa branch presented support for housing construction to poor households, policy families, and households with housing difficulties.
In the 2024 and 2025 general review of needs in Quan Son district, there are 1,449 poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in need of housing. Of these, 850 households will build new houses and 599 households will repair them. In 2024, the district has completed 801 households; by May 22, 2025, the district has completed 313 households, including new construction and repairs. To date, the district has allocated funds to 517 households, with a total of more than 27 billion VND spent.

Speaking at the program, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Vuong Thi Hai Yen said: Implementing Directive No. 22-CT/TU dated March 30, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province in the two years 2024 - 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has mobilized cadres, civil servants, employees, business communities, and philanthropists inside and outside the province to actively respond and support both materially and spiritually, helping hundreds of poor households and those in difficult circumstances in the province to have more resources to build and repair houses, gradually stabilize their lives, and escape poverty. The cooperation of businesses has made an important contribution to achieving these positive results, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and attachment to the community, contributing to building a humane and sustainable society.

Representatives of Central Construction Group Joint Stock Company presented support for housing construction to poor households, policy families, and households with housing difficulties in Quan Son district.
Tien Nong Agricultural Industry Joint Stock Company provides housing construction support for poor households, policy families, and households with housing difficulties in Quan Son district.
Tien Son Group Joint Stock Company supports the construction of houses for poor households, policy families, and households with housing difficulties in Quan Son district.
Based on the results of the support campaign, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism together with agencies, units and enterprises have provided financial support for building houses for 40 poor households, policy households and households with housing difficulties in Quan Son district. Each house was supported with 80 million VND, the total support cost was 3.2 billion VND. Of which, BIDV Trung Son Bank, Lam Son (Thanh Hoa), BIDV Vietnam Trade Union and some BIDV branches in Hanoi supported 18 houses; Dai Dung Group supported 10 houses; Central Construction Group Joint Stock Company supported 4 houses; Xuan Mai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company supported 2 houses; Tien Nong Agricultural Industry Joint Stock Company supported 2 houses; Thanh Hoa Tourism Association supported 2 houses; Women Entrepreneurs Association supported 1 house and Tien Son Group Joint Stock Company supported 1 house.

At the reception, the leaders of Quan Son District People's Committee sincerely thanked the affection, cooperation and companionship of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and businesses in supporting poor households with housing difficulties in the district. At the same time, they emphasized that from the support source, the district will soon deploy the construction of meaningful houses according to Directive 22. Each new house completed means that a poor household will have a stable place to live, reducing the burden of housing, thereby being assured to work and produce to escape poverty.
