5 days in a week, woman violates traffic 7 times at an intersection

At an intersection between two national highways in Son Hoa commune (Dak Lak), a traffic surveillance camera installed nearly a month ago recorded a woman who had violated traffic rules 7 times in 5 days a week.

Information from the Traffic Police Department of Dak Lak Province on the afternoon of October 25 confirmed that through the camera surveillance system, handling violations of road traffic order on National Highway 25, this agency discovered that 5 days in a week, a woman had violated traffic laws 7 times at an intersection.

Accordingly, on October 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8, 2025, the traffic surveillance camera at the intersection of National Highway 25 - National Highway 19C, in Tan An village, Son Hoa commune (Dak Lak) recorded the image of a woman driving a motorbike with license plate 78L1-245.00, who had 7 administrative violations of road traffic safety and order. Of which, 6 times she drove the vehicle in the wrong lane according to regulations, violating point d, clause 3, article 7, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP dated December 26, 2024 of the Government . 1 time she did not comply with the traffic light signal, violating point c, clause 7, article 7, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP dated December 26, 2024 of the Government. It is worth mentioning that on October 2 and 3, this woman violated the law twice each day.

After looking up information data, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 under the Traffic Police Department of Dak Lak Province identified the owner of the above motorbike as Tran QN (born in 2001, residing in Tan An village, Son Hoa commune, Dak Lak province). Through verification, it was known that the female violator was Tran Thi KN (born in 1997, residing in Tan An village, Son Hoa commune, Dak Lak province).

Dak Lak Provincial Traffic Police Department has sent a notice to the motorbike owner and worked with the violator to establish handling procedures according to legal regulations.
