ACB targets pre-tax profit to increase by 9.5% in 2025

Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) has just successfully held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, approving the business plan and important contents in 2025 - ACB's pivotal year in the 5-year development strategy for the period 2025 - 2030.

According toACB representative, on the basis of expanding scale growth associated with risk management platform and asset quality control, ACB sets a pre-tax profit target of VND 23,000 billion in 2025, an increase of 9.5% compared to 2024.

At the same time, the Congress approved a plan to pay dividends to shareholders at a total rate of 25%, including 10% in cash and 15% in shares.

This is the 5th consecutive year that ACB continues to maintain a high dividend rate. Of which, 3 consecutive years of cash dividends have been paid, reflecting business efficiency, always ensuring the highest benefits and meeting shareholders' expectations.

In 2025, ACB will continue to adhere to its orientation of becoming a leading retail bank in terms of scale and profitability, consolidating a solid foundation for its development strategy for the period 2025-2030. Key targets for the year include a target of 14% growth in total assets. Total capital mobilization, including valuable papers, is expected to increase by 14%.

With a balanced development strategy, in addition to its retail strength, ACB focuses on corporate customers, especially large enterprises, leading enterprises and FDI, with the bank's credit growth target reaching 16%, equivalent to the growth rate of the entire system.
