Set the time to hold the Spring Tea Fragrance Festival

The Spring Tea Fragrance Festival honors Tan Cuong tea region, the place that made Thai Nguyen famous for its first-class tea.

The festival is expected to have 2 parts, in which the highlight of the ceremony is the procession of ancient tea trees selected from 6 communes in the Tan Cuong specialty tea region (including: Tan Cuong, Phuc Xuan, Phuc Triu, Quyet Thang, Thinh Duc, Phuc Ha). The selected tea trees have strong trunks and beautiful shapes, representing the cultural soul and people of the land of the first tea land.

As for the festival, there will be many typical activities such as: Competition and demonstration of beautiful tea trees; speed tea picking competition; tea drying using traditional manual methods. The People's Committee of Thai Nguyen City has issued a plan, assigned the City Center for Culture and Communication as the focal point, coordinating with relevant departments, offices and units of Thai Nguyen province, the city and 6 communes in Tan Cuong tea growing area to implement it.
