Relevant agencies and units, based on their assigned functions and tasks, must promptly organize implementation; during the implementation process, if any content exceeds their authority, they must promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee Office for synthesis and submission to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.

According to the draft Project on urban renovation of Phu Quoc special economic zone, An Giang province focuses on investing in the construction of new underground technical infrastructure projects in Duong Dong and An Thoi areas; speeding up site clearance and synchronizing infrastructure to serve APEC 2027 according to Decision 948/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister .

Urgently organize the establishment of local adjustments to the general planning of Phu Quoc, establish new and adjust construction zoning plans in the Phu Quoc special economic zone, as a basis for planning and investment management.

Investing in building technical infrastructure, digital transformation, building a smart monitoring and operating center to comprehensively manage Phu Quoc special economic zone.

Investing in new construction, upgrading and renovating works and projects such as the project to invest in building embankments and improving the landscape environment of the Duong Dong River area, associated with planning and rearranging the population along both banks of the Duong Dong River; the project to invest in expanding the People's Cemetery, associated with planning and building funeral homes and crematoriums, etc.

An Giang will strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations of regulations on technical infrastructure, encroachment on roadsides, illegal parking, and picking up and dropping off passengers in the wrong places; resolutely not to let violations recur, contributing to building a spacious, modern Phu Quoc, ready for APEC 2027.
