Audio: The surprising truth about the "boss" of supercar trading Khanh Supper

Regarding the case of fraud and abuse of trust to appropriate property committed by Phan Cong Khanh (31 years old, also known as Khanh Supper) and his accomplices, the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City has completed the indictment and transferred the case file to the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City to schedule a trial in the near future.

Who is the supercar "boss" Khanh Supper?

According to the indictment, in 2019, Khanh and Huynh Xuan Van each contributed 50% of capital to establish K-Supper Trading and Service Company Limited, headquartered in Pham Ngu Lao Ward (old District 1), specializing in trading luxury cars. In just a short time, Khanh's name quickly rose in the car enthusiast community, "identified" as one of the most famous supercar dealers in Vietnam.

However, most of the cars that Khanh used to show off on social networks were not actually registered under the defendant's name.

Due to business losses and needing money to pay off debts, Khanh and his accomplices concocted a fraud scheme. They took possession of a McLaren car worth more than 7.1 billion VND from Ms. Luong Ngoc Thuy Huong and then pawned it.

Khanh and Huynh Xuan Van also deceived another victim, Mr. Tran Huu Phuong, by creating information that K-Supper Company owned a Brabus, making Mr. Phuong trust and transfer 24.5 billion VND to buy it back.

In addition, Khanh also borrowed a BMW from Mr. Le Thong Su for personal use, then pawned it for 1 billion VND and continued to lie that the car was still in normal use.

"During the investigation, the authorities seized the three vehicles. After verification, all three vehicles were returned to their legal owners.

Many other victims of Khanh Supper

Mr. Dang Minh Huy (who had mortgaged 2 cars from Khanh) requested compensation of 3 billion VND, of which Khanh had only recovered 2 billion. Mr. Tran Huu Phuong requested Khanh to compensate the entire 24.5 billion VND, but to date the defendant has not paid a single dong.

In addition to the case that has been prosecuted, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department has also received many denunciations from other individuals, accusing Phan Cong Khanh and Huynh Xuan Van of abusing trust to appropriate property. These denunciations have been included in the case under investigation, but after verification, there is currently not enough basis to prosecute.
