Students learn about science
The program is held at 4 secondary schools (including 3 secondary schools in Ho Chi Minh City: Hoang Hoa Tham, Tan Tao, Tan Son and Long Tho Secondary School in Dong Nai ) with the participation of 5,200 students. Each school will select 5-7 students as science ambassadors. These are students who actively participate in project activities, have knowledge about "One Health", and love communication. The ambassadors will participate in an experience trip, learn about the flora and fauna ecosystem at the Zoo, consolidate knowledge of "One Health" to have more information and knowledge to propagate science to the community.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dac - Principal of Hoang Hoa Tham Secondary School, said: "This is a meaningful activity, helping students approach science in a close, lively and exciting way. The school always encourages students to learn, explore and be creative.
Through the project's activities, children not only broaden their understanding of human, animal and environmental health, but also practice their spirit of cooperation and scientific thinking skills."

One Health Book
The book is the result of a collaboration between Khan Quang Do (Tuoi Tre Newspaper), Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) and Bayer Vietnam with the professional support of a team of more than 20 scientists and experts from various fields such as health science research, agriculture, communications and education. At the same time, the book's content was also edited by a group of students to make the writing style closer to young readers.
One Health talks about the need for coordinated and sustainable development in three elements: Humans, Animals and Environment to move towards a comprehensive "resistance" for the Earth. In other words, when the environment or animals are affected by indirect or direct human activities, human health will also be threatened, and vice versa.
