According to Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration Ha Van Sieu, the three localities of Nghe An - Thanh Hoa - Ninh Binh all have unique destinations, rich and diverse tourism resources, and unique green tourism products. In recent times, the three localities have also joined forces to build green tourism routes, enhancing the experience for tourists and extending their stay.

To make the regional linkage model effective, Mr. Ha Van Sieu suggested that localities need to continue promoting cooperation and developing tourism in a professional manner.
