Bach Hoa Xanh opened nearly 100 new stores in just 2 months.

(NLDO)- In the first two months of 2025, the revenue of Bach Hoa Xanh chain reached more than 7,000 billion VND, an increase of 16% over the same period.

Mobile World Investment Corporation (stock code: MWG) recently announced Revenue in the first two months of the year reached VND 24,524 billion, up 13.5% over the same period last year and completing 16% of the 2025 revenue plan.

Of which, the two chains Mobile World and Dien May Xanh contributed nearly VND 17,000 billion in revenue, an increase of more than 13% compared to the 2024 Tet season. Notably, this growth was achieved even though the number of points of sale decreased by 221 stores compared to the same period in 2024.

Online revenue in the first two months of the year reached about 1,000 billion VND and accounted for 6% of the total revenue of the two chains.

As of the end of February 2025, the Mobile World chain has a total of 1,018 stores (including Topzone) and the Dien May Xanh chain has 2,027 stores.

With the Bach Hoa Xanh chain, The Gioi Di Dong said it opened 94 more stores in the first two months of the year, with more than 50% of the stores concentrated in the Central provinces, reaching 1,864 points of sale. In the following months, the company will continue to expand according to the set plan.

Accumulated in the first two months of the year, Bach Hoa Xanh chain's revenue reached more than 7,000 billion VND, an increase of 16% over the same period.

Revenue growth was driven by both fresh food and FMCGs, which maintained double-digit growth year-on-year.

According to a recent report byACB Securities Company Limited (ACBS), this unit said that while the Mobile World and Dien May Xanh chains still play an important role as pillars despite modest growth, Bach Hoa Xanh is expected to boost the company's growth.

ACBS forecasts that these two chains can generate revenue of VND93,528 billion (up 4.4% year-on-year) in 2025, thanks to improved consumer spending, demand for switching to 5G phones, phones with integrated NFC features, and the company's financial support programs.

Bach Hoa Xanh continues to increase profits through optimizing costs and boosting revenue rather than increasing profit margins. The chain plans to open 200-400 new stores in 2025, mainly in current areas and some central provinces, with efficiency requirements.

ACBS forecasts that Bach Hoa Xanh could bring in revenue of VND48,015 billion in 2025 (up 16.8% year-on-year). Profit is forecast to increase more than 5 times year-on-year, from the estimated accumulated level of VND89 billion in 2024.

For An Khang, ACBS forecasts that its revenue contribution to the business will be modest, about 2%, and may not bring in profits in 2025.
